Timetable changes!
From September, there’ll be two evening classes Monday-Thursday to accommodate the growing numbers and give you more attention.
Monday & Wednesday classes will run at 20.00 and 21.00
Tuesday & Thursday classes will run at 19.00 and 20.00. Kyle and Ruairi will be sharing the coaching duties for the 7pm class.
Friday will remain at 19.00 for the time being.
Saturday morning classes will run at 10.00 and 11.00. William will be taking the 11am class.

All the MMA classes will run at 19.00 on weeknights from September as well. I’ve noticed that when the MMA athletes train CrossFit immediately before training, there’s a noticable drop in skill and endurance. With the new timetable, they’ll be able to gain the most out of their MMA and CrossFit training.
