<div>All the <a title="Spartan MMA - Mixed Martial Arts in South Dublin" href="http://www.spartanmma.com/" target="_blank">MMA classes</a> will run at 19.00 on weeknights from September as well. I&#8217;ve noticed that when the MMA athletes train CrossFit immediately before training, there&#8217;s a noticable drop in skill and endurance. With the new timetable, they&#8217;ll be able to gain the most out of their MMA and CrossFit training.</div>
