What does Open, Group Class, Crossfit Juniors & Personal Training mean?
<ul>
<li><strong>Group Classes</strong>: For regular members, instruction on a particular movement/facet of CrossFit followed by the WoD.</li>
<li><strong>Personal Training</strong>: One on One training by request with an instructor. Please call to schedule a time that suits.</li>
